Founded in 2023, Asante Sana Art is an eclectic, contemporary African art gallery based in West Philadelphia. The gallery focuses on unique original pieces — paintings, animal sculptures, crafts, clothing, and accessories — gathered from artists whose work celebrates color, story, and heritage.
Our name, Asante Sana, means “thank you very much” in Swahili — a reflection of our gratitude to the artists, the community, and every visitor who walks through our doors.
